Frequently Asked Questions

What counts toward storage?

All documents uploaded to active matters count toward your plan's included storage. This includes original files, renditions (PDF conversions), and OCR outputs. Metadata and audit logs do not count toward storage.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties or fees for changing plans.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your included storage. Overages are billed at $0.08/GB/month. You're never locked out — we don't hold your data hostage.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

All self-serve plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Enterprise contracts are annual with custom terms. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 15% on all self-serve tiers. Contact us for multi-year Enterprise pricing.

What is Perfect Review and when do I need it?

Perfect Review uses a three-model ensemble (Claude Opus + GPT-4o + Gemini Ultra) with 7-stage QA to achieve 97–99.5% accuracy. Use it for high-stakes matters where privilege determinations or production accuracy could be challenged. It generates a court-ready QC report automatically. Where is my data stored?

Primary storage is on Cloudflare R2 (US region). Cross-cloud replication to AWS S3 for redundancy. Offline backup to encrypted NAS. Five independent redundancy layers protect every document. See our security page for the full architecture.

Can I migrate from Relativity?
